Blume Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte with Collagen is an organic, single-canister powdered mix that makes ten café-style iced strawberry matcha lattes with added hydrolyzed grass-fed collagen and gentle matcha energy.
This limited-edition summer blend layers real organic strawberry juice powder with stone-ground Shizuoka matcha, lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and boosted with 5 g of easily dissolving collagen per serving. It’s formulated to be mixed cold over ice or whisked hot, giving you a vibrant, slightly sweet strawberry matcha experience that’s designed to deliver calm, steady energy without the sharp caffeine crash of coffee.
How do I prepare an iced strawberry matcha latte with this mix?
Preparation is simple and tailored to iced café-style drinks: dissolve the powder in hot water first to ensure smooth texture, then pour over ice and add your preferred milk. It also blends well in a shaker or blender for a frothier result.
- Use 1 heaping tablespoon per serving dissolved in a small amount of hot water.
- Pour over ice, then top with 6–8 oz of milk or dairy-free alternative.
- Adjust sweetness to taste; coconut sugar already adds about 2 g per serving.
- Blend for smoothies or whisk for a hot matcha variant.
What benefits does the collagen and matcha combo provide?
The product combines 5 g of hydrolyzed grass-fed collagen peptides with stone-ground matcha from Japan to create a multi-purpose daily beverage. Matcha supplies natural caffeine and L-theanine for steady focus, while collagen adds a soluble protein boost that dissolves easily into drinks.
- 5 g hydrolyzed grass-fed collagen per serving for protein support and smooth mouthfeel.
- Stone-ground Shizuoka matcha for balanced natural caffeine and L-theanine.
- Light sweetening (2 g coconut sugar) and real strawberry powder for bright flavor.
- Formulated to dissolve cleanly in hot water before icing or blending.
Is this product suitable for my dietary preferences and daily routine?
Blume’s iced strawberry matcha is crafted with organic ingredients and minimal sweetening to fit many lifestyles, though always check labels for specific dietary restrictions. It’s a quick on-the-go pick-me-up or a daily ritual ingredient to add to smoothies and warm beverages.
- Made with organic strawberry juice powder and certified Japanese matcha.
- Lightly sweetened with 2 g coconut sugar—ideal if you prefer lower-sugar options.
- Contains 5 g collagen (animal-derived); not suitable for strict vegans.
- Packaged by a women-owned brand and certified plastic neutral by CleanHub.
Who is this for? This limited-edition Blume mix is aimed at shoppers who want a summertime café-style iced beverage with functional benefits—people who enjoy matcha’s calm energy, value organic and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, and want a convenient collagen boost that dissolves smoothly. It’s well suited for daily matcha drinkers, busy professionals seeking jitter-free alertness, and anyone looking to add a flavorful, lightly sweetened matcha option to smoothies or hot-drink routines.
